Piranha Registration Information

1. Print out and complete the following forms:


Microsoft Word Adobe Acrobat
Registration Form Registration Form
  T-Shirt Order Form
  AAU Insurance Form
Volunteer Sheet Volunteer Sheet

2. Contact the Piranhas at registration2008@piranhasSWIMSTRONG.org to arrange a time to drop off or fill out your paperwork if you cannot make it to one of the registration times.

3. Check out the current practice schedule. Come down to the pool and expereince the fun!
